What ingredients are in your toffee(s)?
Our toffee is made with only the finest ingredients including butter, sugar, chocolate, almonds, water and corn syrup. Each of our products is labeled with a detailed ingredient list.
What allergens are in your toffee?
Depending on the flavor, our products contain both milk (in the chocolate) and tree nuts. Each one of our products is labeled with a listing of allergens. All of our products are manufactured on shared equipment in a commercial kitchen and may contain other allergens.
Is your toffee gluten free?
Our toffee is "gluten friendly." All of our toffee ingredients are gluten free, however, all of our products are manufactured on shared equipment in a commercial kitchen and therefor may contain trace amounts of gluten.
What kinds of nuts are in your toffee?
Our toffee contains whole and crushed almonds.
Can I purchase your toffee without nuts?
At this time, all of our products contain nuts. Removing the nuts would substantially alter the flavor of the finished products.
Is your toffee Kosher certified?
No. It is not.
How long can I store my toffee?
Under favorable conditions, Crack'd Toffee is best if eaten within four months. (A "Best by" sticker can be found on the bottom of the outer packaging.) If sealed, your toffee should be edible for up to one year. For best results, store your toffee in a cool dry place or sealed in the cool portion of your refrigerator. Avoid excessive heat, cold or moisture.
Can I order over the phone?
Absolutely! We would love to talk with you. You can call us at 1-(844) 5-CRACKD to place a phone order. Our phone hours are 9am-5pm (PST).
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you realize a mistake or decide to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 1-(844) 5-CRACKD It is our policy to do our best to process and ship orders on the day they are received so it is essential that you call us as soon as possible to avoid any charges.
What if I am not satisfied with my order? What is your return policy.
The Crack’d Toffee Company always wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, please call us at 1-(844) 5-CRACKD and we will work with you to resolve any issue. Please note that we do not refund for “melting” as we cannot control how long the toffee is in transport in the delivery truck or what the outside temperature may be in your area on the day of delivery.
We can not be responsible for entry of incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify the shipping address you enter before submitting your order.
It is our goal to process and ship your order within 24 hours after we receive it, however, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. During the busy holiday season, our processing time may increase slightly. If you need your order to be delivered by a specific date, please make a note in the comments section when placing your order and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
NOTE: From May 15th - October 15th we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid potential melting during shipping storage over the weekend.
All orders are shipped from El Dorado Hills, California.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you may! If you are placing your order online, however, you will have to submit each order separately. If you are sending toffee to multiple addresses or have a very large order, you may want to call us at 1-(844) 5-CRACKD to give us your order over the phone.
Can you ship to me during summer?
We ship year round, although due to heat and the effect it has on chocolate and toffee, we only ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Express Guaranteed. We suggest that someone be available on the day of delivery so the toffee doesn’t sit out in the heat for a long period of time. We do not refund for melting so please choose your shipping method wisely.
Can you ship to locations outside the USA?
For orders outside of the United States we ship via USPS Global Express Guaranteed.
Collection of Information: We collect personally identifiable information, including names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
